About

Nathalie Verdejo is a process-based artist who works with plaster, paper, ink & encaustic ina painterly fashion. Her explorations are original and engaging. They reflect a lyrical approach to an inquiry into the ’Mystery and the Magic' found in the natural world. Quirky and whimsical, her creations offer prayers in little boxes.

Nathalie had a career in music production at an international French radio station (RFI) which first brought her to Australia. Her passion for community, parenting, healing, dance, music and visual art informs all her creative endeavours. Inspired by 10 Years of dynamic drawing with Ron Curran she entered the diploma of fine art in 2011 and has completed her Bachelor of Art at Southern Cross University Lismore in May 2014. She now works from her home studio in Ocean Shores.
